Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation which will include tracking information.
Orders placed on Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days, depending on availability and after credit card authorization has been obtained. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Absolutely! Ballyheather can ship internationally to most countries.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Ballyheather is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Yes. The only shipping method available is via USPS.
If you choose to refuse a shipment, you will be responsible for the shipping charges, any import duties or taxes as well as the cost of the return shipping to Ballyheather. These expenses will be deducted from the refund for your return.
No. Lost or stolen packages are not replaceable or refundable but we will try to locate the missing package as best as we can.
It is important to choose a secure shipping location where someone will be able to receive the shipment. If you need to change your shipping address, email us ASAP at customercare@ballyheather.com so we can change the address if the item has not yet been shipped.
