Ballyheather warrants all its jewelry for one year from the date of purchase.

Repairs will be free of charge for all items within the first year of purchase. Any item outside the one-year warranty will incur a $75 repair fee. For items with missing components, additional fees may apply.

Send a photo of the broken or damaged item and all components to: customercare@ballyheather.com and include a description of the damage.
